Shipping Policy

Production Times

Most of our products are custom-made specifically for you.

• Custom T-Shirts, Polo Shirts, Hoodies & Jumpers: 7–10 business days

• Bulk, Team, Club, School or Corporate Orders: 10–15 business days

• Rush orders may be available upon request (additional charges may apply).

Production begins once payment has been received and artwork has been approved.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

New Zealand

• 1–5 business days

Australia

• 5–10 business days

International

• 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel is resent.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.

We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refund Policy

Custom Printed Products

Because every custom order is made specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selected

• Colour choice

• Customer-approved artwork

• Spelling or design errors approved before printing

Please double-check all artwork, sizes and order details before approving production.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If we have made an error or your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photographs

If approved, we will offer one of the following:

• Replacement

• Repair

• Full refund

There will be no additional cost to you.

Non-Custom Products

Unused, unworn and unwashed non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once printing has started, orders cannot be cancelled because they are custom-made.

Tempting Tees respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

Custom Artwork

Customers confirm they have permission to use any logos, images or artwork submitted for printing.

Tempting Tees accepts no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement relating to customer-supplied artwork.

Colours

Actual garment and print colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and manufacturing variations.

Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct garment size.

Please refer to our sizing guides before ordering.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

All Tempting Tees logos, branding, website content and original designs remain the property of Tempting Tees unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Tempting Tees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these policies limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws.
